Recovering the
blasting debris
and bagging it.

When the media only needs recovering and not reclaiming — vacuums for blast media, with diesel or electric drive. The power supply on site decides which.

Drive
The one decision

Diesel or electric.

  1. MAL SMS 20 Evo IX D, diesel-powered blast media vacuum on a transport frame, marked MIETANLAGE

    Diesel drive

    Independent of the mains

On sites without an adequate supply the diesel vacuum works self-sufficiently. No three-phase connection, no generator alongside, no cable drum running half across the site.

    • For sites without a three-phase connection
    • Transportable, depending on size, as a swap body, by crane or by forklift
    • Also available to hire .
  2. MAL VS4 Evo VI, electric blast media vacuum with ventilation grilles and control panel

    Electric drive

    Quieter and free of exhaust

As soon as a mains connection is available, the electric vacuum is the better choice — particularly in halls and enclosed areas, where exhaust gases would be an extra ventilation problem.

    • For halls and sites with a mains connection
    • No exhaust, lower noise emission
    • Also available to hire .
  3. MAL Kombi Rev I, recovery and reclamation unit with the awning folded out

    Vacuums and reclamation

When the grain is to go back into the pot

A vacuum recovers the blast media — no more than that. If it is to be cleaned and blasted again, dust and broken grain have to be separated out. That is what the combined unit is for, doing both in one machine.
